Připojení unixového domovského adresáře

Na studentských a katedrových strojích s Windows se unixový domovský adresář z home.fi.muni.cz připojuje automaticky jako síťový disk dostupný pod písmenem J:, pro obdobné připojení k zaměstnaneckému stroji s pevnou fakultní IP adresou je potřeba učinit následující:

• Press Win + E to open a File Explorer window.
• Choose This PC (or Computer in Windows 7) from the left side of the window
• On the Computer tab, click the Map Network Drive button in the ribbon menu, and then select Map network drive from the popup menu (or just select Map Network Drive on the toolbar in Windows 7)
• Change the Drive letter (or you can leave the default)
• Type \\home.fi.muni.cz\your_login as Folder
• Select Reconnect at logon if you want to automatically restore the connection every time you (start the computer and) log on
• Select Connect using different credentials
• Press Finish
• Type ntfi\your_login as User name, fill in your password and press OK

Analogicky lze připojit adresář /data/your_login jako \\home.fi.muni.cz\data-your_login (více viz zde a zde).
