Scholarships
Scholarships provide financial support for students. You can be awarded a scholarship for good grade average, for instance, or as part of scholarship programmes published by MU or individual faculties in accordance with the MU Scholarship Code.
If you work together with other faculties, you can obtain even scholarships published under their programmes, even though you are not their student.

Faculty Scholarships
At FI, scholarships are governed by Dean's Directive 8/2025.
Scholarships that will help you reduce your tuition fees and housing costs are mainly:
- merit scholarship for excellence (up to 18,000 CZK ~ 740 EUR per semester),
- scholarship to support promising foreign students of English study programmes (600 EUR per semester),
- creative scholarship for students actively involved in activities in one of the research groups at the faculty,
- university accommodation scholarship.
