Findings from the Smart Service research group Abstract: Two years ago the Smart Service research group was established at the Faculty of Informatics. During this short period of time, its members have become relevant part of the research community, focusing on new challenges in ICT applications (IoT, Smart Cities, Industry 4) within Service Science. The presentation will outline some of our main findings on the field of Smart City, focused on the comparison of academic approaches with industrial practice.
