The Secretariat of the Dean of the Faculty provides organizational and administrative support related to the performance of the function of the Dean, Secretary and other members of the faculty management.
The Dean's Assistant mediates the Dean's contact with other faculty employees, as well as the organization of meetings of the Dean's management and college and other commissions and advisory bodies, including the preparation of materials, preparation of minutes and archive management.
Part of the Dean's Secretariat is the registry office, which manages the file service in accordance with the file and shredding rules.
