In our HQ in Brno we are building a new NOC team (Network Operations Center). We have several positions open for seniors and juniors (Senior Unix Technician, NOC Technician Junior, NOC Senior Oracle Technician, NOC Senior Middleware Technician).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES IN THE ROLE:
Responds to incoming technical challenges from Customers or monitoring systems and analyzes and depending on the difficulty of the problem, either seeks help or solve. Play an important role in creating the 24/7 Technical Expertise department of the RUN organization through coaching and learning. Continuously drive towards improvement of performance through standardization and automation. Build your own ideas on Test infrastructure. Adjust and describe processes based on the continuous changing environmental challenges.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• You will know what skills are expected for the role you apply for.

• You are strong in written and spoken English able to communicate on different levels.
• You are an independent Team player.
• You have the ability to remain composed and professional in stressful, high pressure situations.
• You are enthusiastic, positive, open-minded and generally in a good mood.
• You have an eagle eye looking after monitoring servers, network, DB’s and applications.
• You are a teacher, knowledge sharer and natural researcher.
• Ability to work a fixed twelve hour nights/weekend schedule working 14 out of 28 days.
