Basic parameters of the competition:

• Project duration: 24 months to 48 months

• Eligible applicants: Research organizations and businesses

• Support intensity: 100%

• Maximum project support: CZK 40,000,000

Program conditions:

Each project must meet one of the specific objectives of the program, which are:

1. Improvement of planning, coordination, and regulation (i.e., improving preparedness for crisis situations/incidents/social phenomena);

2. Improvement of availability of security system services (i.e., extending the scope, quality, or response speed);

3. Reduction of threats (i.e., limiting the likelihood of negative impacts from crisis situations/incidents/phenomena);

4. Improvement of early warning (especially extending the response time, increasing the reliability of warnings);

5. Improvement of the safety of responders, including investigations and expert activities;

6. Improvement of the effectiveness of responders' activities, including investigations and expert activities;

7. Mitigation of consequences (i.e., reducing the intensity and scope of the impact of crisis situations/incidents/phenomena);
