Scholarships for Short Research Stays at the University of Fribourg (Switzerland)
The University of Fribourg awards scholarships to doctoral candidates and postdoctoral researchers living and working outside of Switzerland, who wish to complete a research stay at Unifr for five, respectively three, months.
- Doctoral candidates: monthly stipend of CHF 1900 for up to 5 months.
- Postdoctoral researchers: monthly stipend of CHF 2700 for up to 3 months.
There are two calls every year:
- 30 June for stays starting on the following 1 February at the earliest
- 28 February for stays starting on the following 1 September at the earliest
