University of the Third Age

The University of the Third Age has a long tradition at Masaryk University. It was established as one of the forms of lifelong learning in 1990 by a decision of the then university management. The growing number of seniors attending U3V at Masaryk University is proof of the ever-growing interest in this study.

U3V offers a set of lifelong learning programs. Teaching takes place in the form of lectures, or exercises, seminars, excursions. Students are also offered short-term thematic courses. Lectures by teachers from the Faculty of Informatics at MU are also regularly included in the program. Current information can be found at U3V website .
