In this role, you will act as an independent engineer having direct contact with customers. You will also be collaborating with other team members a lot. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customers' calls and web updates on assigned cases.
- Work independently as well as collaborate with other team members.
- Create and improve knowledge-base articles.
- Fluent English language is a must. Knowledge of any following languages is a big advantage – DE, FR, IT, ES, RU.
- User-level Linux knowledge – ability to run basic terminal commands.
- Willingness to learn.
