Internships in ESO, Germany
The Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports is announcing a call for applications for 3 internships with the international organization ESO (The European Southern Observatory).
Applications can be submitted for the fields specified in the call. Students must be enrolled in the masters or doctoral study programmes of set fields at a university in the Czech Republic. Expected date of internship: September 2022 (October 2022 is also possible by agreement). Internship duration: 6 or 12 months (with the possibility of extension for a maximum of another 12 months).
Place of internship: ESO workplace in Germany (Garching near Munich) or in Chile.
Scholarship to cover the cost of a stay is EUR 2,500 - 3,000 per month (depending on the trainee's education and classification).
Internships and selection procedures are conducted in English.
