Role:

As a SW Engineer of Oracle Service Cloud application, this position is responsible for working on exciting projects to deliver next generation help and user assistance products for Customer Success employees as well as the Oracle NetSuite customer base. We are looking for talented developer who will work on the implementation of features in Oracle Service Cloud platform. You will closely work with a Lead Developer and Analysts to evolve our Service Management field. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career with lots of scope for innovation and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Implements, develops, tests and maintains Oracle Service Cloud platform
• Creates algorithms, databases and expert systems that interact within the organization and to benefit customers including tools incorporated into end-user applications
• Works closely with your fellow Software Engineers and Analysts teammates thru the whole development cycle
• Helps to resolve challenging architecture and coding tasks as well as participates in code reviews
• Builds modern User Interface
• Participates in company-wide projects focused on user assistance, system integrations, etc.
• Cooperate with management on evolution and future direction of our Oracle Service Cloud implementation

Ideal Candidate:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field or achievement of recognized professional level
• Experience in programming: Java, PHP and SQL (other OOP languages welcomed)
• Understanding of Web Development (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and implementation of dynamic UIs
• Proficiency on working with APIs (REST and /or SOAP)
• Solid understanding of software development principles and design patterns
• Strong technical acumen, creativity, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence
• Solid project management skills – the ability to multi-task, excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage and meet tight
