Career experience program 2024 – Kyndryl
The Career Experience Program (CEP) is a unique short-term internship program designed for high school students and bachelor's degree students. The main objective is to provide students with deeper knowledge in a particular field according to their area of interest (such as mainframe, project management, cloud, etc.), allowing them to gain their first work experience and providing insight into a large corporate environment with a multicultural background.
The 2-weeks program is scheduled from 20st May till 31th May and we offer two streams:
- technical focused on Mainframe
- and non-technical focused on Project Management.
All applicants must be active students and be able to communicate in English (at least level B1+).
Filling out the application form does not automatically guarantee acceptance to the internship.
From the applicants we will select suitable candidates based on the motivational letter, which is a part of this application form. Subsequently, we will invite them to an interview with the manager of the chosen stream.
