  • Erasmus+ short-term PhD mobilities 2024/2025

    Admission for the Erasmus+ Programme, offering the opportunity for short-term doctoral mobilities as traineeships in the academic year 2024/2025, has been opened. Doctoral students interested in the Erasmus+ mobility may submit their applications until the end of May 2024.

    The admission process is open both for the Autumn term 2024 and the Spring term 2025.

    The necessary condition for participation in the mobility is a stay duration of min. 5 days and max. 30 days.

    Traineeships can only take place on the basis of a valid Learning Agreement for Traineeships signed between the student, the relevant faculty/department of Masaryk University, and the host institution. The Agreement must include a working plan for the traineeship confirmed by a responsible representative of the host foreign institution and a relevant faculty/department of Masaryk University (referred to as the internship guarantor). The application must also include a covering letter. The application is then reviewed by a three-member committee of coordinators for international internship programmes of the Centre for International Cooperation, Masaryk University.

    The criteria for funding are as follows:
    - Meeting the participation conditions necessary for the realisation of the traineeship
    - Correctly filled the Learning Agreement for Traineeships
    - Covering letter
    Enrolment in an accredited study programme (year of study)
    - Length of the mobility
    - Previous participation in international mobilities managed by the Centre for International Cooperation, Masaryk University
    - Formal aspects of the application
