Arcadii Rubailo: Study programme Software Systems and Services Management exceeded my expectations
When choosing his studies abroad, he had been deciding between Prague and Brno.
Fairly quickly, he decided for Brno, the capital of IT in the Czech Republic, as
he says. International environment, many IT companies and start-ups, opportunity
to meet with the community of foreign students and IT gurus in the city, where
everything is as a stone's throw away from you. It was a clear choice for
Arcadii. He also appreciates university services for incoming students,
networking and inclusion to the local community at Masaryk University.
Arcadii is a student of the Software Systems and Services Management (SSME),
Master degree study programme at the Faculty of Informatics MU taught in
English.
“Study programme SSME exceeded all my expectations. It is a very well designed
multidisciplinary study programme oriented on real problems and projects in
companies. It is not just about computer science - what is actually really
exciting. It includes marketing, economics, management, teamwork, and soft
skills. During the program, we walk the whole path of creating an IT service -
from an idea to a final product. It consists of creating a vision, planning,
positioning in a market and collaborating with other companies on it. We all
work on interim projects in companies. I did mine in Kiwi.com. I strongly
recommend these studies to everyone,” says Arcadii.
Interested to study SSME? Applications deadline is April 30, 2019.
