Conduct the usual management activities of a project; Serve as interface between the project and external bodies

Communication with the National Agency and the Commission

The activity will include the co-ordination, generation and distribution of all management information required by the National Agency and the Commission, e.g. interim and final reports, feed-back related to the evaluation of the implementation of the programme, cost statements and contract updates (as necessary).

Internal project management

  • A consortium agreement settling IPR issues for the course of V3, with respect to existing knowledge of the partners and expected results of the project, will be adopted.
  • The communication within the consortium will be facilitated by the use of groupware with document repository, versioning and forum features.
  • A close monitoring of the project milestones, ongoing tasks and resource consumption will be organised.
  • Five partnership meetings will be held between all partners on a semester basis in order to ease the co-ordination of project activities and monitoring of progress.

Networking

In order to liaise with other project dealing with similar themes, and with the VET community in general, the project will participate to thematic monitoring activities and concertation seminars organised by the Commission or the National Agencies.
