Monitor the quality of the work produced

A Project Quality Plan will be adopted by the consortium, describing a set of common operating procedures regarding documentation review, dissemination template, information exchange formats and reporting.
Any document produced by the consortium will be submitted prior to publication to the review of two members of the consortium not involved in its production.
An external advisor may be appointed to supervise the consortium.
A back-up plan will be defined foreseeing the consequences of the eventual inability to achieve a specific goal of the project.
