Dissemination; Exploitation of results; Transferability beyond project completion

Dissemination

Establishment of a web site describing the objectives of the project, the consortium and the expected results. These results will be made available according to the provisions of the IPR agreement signed by the consortium;
Publication of the project results in relevant portals like http://www.trainingvillage.gr and http://www.elearningeuropa.info;
Promotion of the tools in existing international (eLene-TT, HNKTVE) and national (BE-ODL, CFL) networks;
Contribution to relevant journals and conferences like ICL17;
Publication of a presentation folder.

Exploitation

As a pilot project, V3 will deliver the four following tangible products

Open source recording software;
Plug-ins to existing presentation applications enabling to capture metadata;
Add-on features to existing third-party LMS;
Samples of learning material.

Their dissemination is planned internally among the trainer workforce of the consortium, and externally through the project’s web site.

Transferability beyond project completion

Involvement of local teams in charge of e-learning activities at the partners' sites to guarantee exploitation of the project's results beyond its completion;
Awareness raising actions performed with the help of the local e-learning offices to reach a larger audience, and to broaden the users’ community.

Deliverables on this CD

Sample recordings are available under Video Samples. The V3 project has been presented on a broad spectrum of events, including national and international established conferences, but also local journals and newsletters. It was disseminated also through various vocational education networks.
Conference and seminars papers, poster and slides are available under Presentations. The recording software itself is available as an outcome of WP1 under Install.
