Dissemination of the open source recording software among the trainer workforce of the consortium

This step initiates large-scale testing as part of the partners’ VET activities in order to trigger users' feed-back. Such feed-back will help the consortium to tune further developments of WPs 1-3. It will also enable to assist trainers' familiarisation to the tool during the course of the project. Their acquaintance to the tool will be the best guarantee for its further use after project completion.

Dissemination of the add-on features to existing third-party LMS platforms used by the partners

Users' feedback will help to tune further developments of these features. The adaptations of open source platforms will be subject to the next release of the respective LMS and therefore distributed worldwide to all institutions using these platforms

Collection of users’ feedback through an open forum on the website and online surveys targeting focused audiences

Production of samples of up-to-date learning material

These samples are regarded to be "best practice" examples illustrating the features of V3.

Outcomes

Users’ feedback (both trainers and trainees); Samples of up-to-date learning material generated with the help of the tools designed, implemented and deployed during the course of the project.
