The Faculty of Informatics is a proud holder of HR Award HRS4R.
In April 2021 the Faculty of Informatics, Masaryk University, successfully completed the Initial Phase and has been successfully certificated by the European Commission. In line with its commitment to involve,
in area of human resources, the principles of
the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers, the Faculty has been constantly working on
HRS4R. The European Commission awards the institutions whose implement the personnel strategy to create an open, transparent, motivating, and supportive
work environment for researchers.
The personnel policy and work with human resources is a part of the Faculty Long-term strategy and the part of HR Award
is entrusted, by the Organizational Rules of the Faculty, to the Office for Research and Development, Projects and Partners.
