On December 2, 2019, the Faculty of Informatics, Masaryk University, officially declared its commitment to involve
in process of certification according to the principles of
the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers, with aim to get award
HRS4R. The European Commission awards the certificate
to research institutions that implement a staffing strategy to create an open, transparent, motivating, and supportive
work environment for researchers.
The personnel policy and work with human resources is part of the Faculty Long-term strategy and the preparation
of certification is entrusted, by the Organizational Rules of the Faculty, to the Office of Research Support, Projects
and Cooperation with Industrial Partners.
