HRS4R team members

HRS4R Implementation Team:

The HRS4R Working Group acts as an advisory and initiating body and is composed of representatives of academic and non-academic staff of the Faculty of Informatics of MU. The aim of the group is to actively participate in the implementation of the principles of the European Charter for Researchers. It provides suggestions for improving the working/research environment, participates in the development of action plans and provides feedback on the implementation of the measures of the HRS4R Action Plan.

The HRS4R Steering Group is a strategic and decision-making body. It approves key documents such as the action plan or self-evaluation reports. Its task is to ensure that the measures put in place are in line with the Faculty's strategic objectives and European standards for the support of researchers.

Faculty of Informatics staff regularly participate in university working groups focused on sub-topics such as Open Access, Gender Equality Plan MU, Career Counselling, Staff Assessment, Development and Training, Talent Management, Adaptation, etc. These activities facilitate the effective transfer of university practices and knowledge to the faculty level, which contributes to the development of HRS4R.
