On 12 March 2026, from 9 am to 1 pm, a workshop will take place in room S211 ‘Mental Wellbeing for Every Day: How to Effectively Manage Stress and Maintain Balance in Your Professional and Personal Life’ will take place in room S211 from 9 am to 1 pm, led by lecturer Assoc. Prof. PhDr. Alena Slezáčková, Ph.D.
The workshop focuses on promoting mental health and a healthy work-life balance. Together, we will reflect on how to maintain energy and a sense of joy in both work and life, even amidst challenging days. You will learn about the fundamental sources of mental wellbeing and psychological resilience, as well as effective methods for managing stress, keeping a sense of perspective and maintaining a healthy balance between work commitments and time for yourself. You’ll try out simple exercises to release physical tension and restore your vitality. You’ll leave feeling inspired on how to support your mental wellbeing in everyday life. All this in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere that will allow you to recharge your batteries and take inspiration back with you for your everyday life.
