| Popis výsledku v anglickém jazyce | The primary motto of an agile approach is to deliver quality software under a defined costs and time constraints. It can be only accomplished in a highly collaborative environment of a self-organizing team. It should bring value to customers, quality ofthe products, and predictability of the delivery and collaboration in the team. Therefore, it is important for the team to know, if the decisions taken are appropriate. Usually, measuring the improvement is based upon empirical experi-ence. Combined withthe lightweightness of the agile ways of working it seems to be almost impossible to understand what the influence of certain decisions is. The paper will review the known metrics used for agile development, propose their extensions while preserving thelightweightness of the agile processes and will discuss how to understand the outcomes of the measurements. |
