This summer's paid internship at AT&T Global Network Services Czech Republic s.r.o. is planned to run from June/July to September, allowing you to return for fresh semester on time. The job is designed for undergraduates with networking background get your network security skills!
Location: Brno, Czech Republic, Palachovo náměstí 2.
Internship period: 1st June/July to 30th September 2016.
Working Hours: 20 hours a week Monday – Friday.
Our Managed Security Services (MSS) team in AT&T Brno, Czech Republic, is looking for students for the part time position of Network Security Tier 1 in order to support MSS team providing incident and change management with focus on Cisci ASA, Check Point and Fortinet firewall technologies.
Network Security Tier 1 engineer is expected to deal with MSS technical administration and prepare resources for advanced troubleshooting. Beginning of internship period is devoted to Fortinet, Check Point and ASA technical training in order to enable MSS Tier 1 engineer assignment on elementary client’s requests implementation and basic incident troubleshooting under advanced engineer supervision.

- Incident requests administration and assignment for processing.
- Incident tickets triage and elementary issues troubleshooting.
- Change requests scheduling. Basic change requests implementation.
- Vendor device replacement arrangement following pre-defined procedures.
- Phone communication and cooperation with other supporting teams and vendors.
- Coordinate 3rd parties and MSS resources prior troubleshooting window.
- Contribute on troubleshooting under advanced engineer supervision.
- English language on good level.
- Networking TCP/IP protocols knowledge. CCNA knowledge desired.
- Successful team player, Dependable & highly committed.
