    What Junior Developer does in SolarWinds:
    • Designs and implements cool features that make our QA and customers happy
    • Works in a team of talented developers, who are willing to share best practices
    • Works on complex technical problems and provides smart and elegant solutions
    • Enjoys reviewing code of others and accepts constructive criticism about own code
    • Protects his product from "Pokemon Exception Handling" and "Hydra Code"
    What is required for this position?
    • Strong knowledge of C# and .NET
    • Strong problem solving skills
    • Basic knowledge of SQL
    • Acceptable spoken/written English. English is used on daily basis.
    • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
    What are some desired (not required) skills?
    • Knowledge of ASP.NET, MVC
    • Knowledge of networking, protocols, TCP/IP, SNMP
    • Knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery
    • Experience with Unit Testing
    • Experience with IT technologies (Networking, Systems Management, Virtualization)
