    TA CR – partnership cet 2026

    The International call of the Clean Energy Transition (CET) European Partnership – Call 2026 focuses on research in the field of energy transformation (clean energy). Its objective is to contribute to the EU’s ambition of becoming the first climate-neutral continent by 2050.

    Czech applicants will be able to participate in the following seven Call Modules, each with its own ranking list and evaluation mechanism.

    Call Modules

    • TRI 1 - Net-zero emissions energy systems
      • CM2026-01 Integrated energy system resilience in a changing environment
      • CM2026-02 Energy system flexibility in a high renewable energy sources (RES) scenario: energy generation, storage and system integration
    • TRI 3 - Enabling Climate Neutrality with Storage Technologies, Renewable Fuels and CCU/CCS
      • CM2026-04 Industrial carbon management
      • CM2026-05 Hydrogen and renewable fuels
      • CM2026-06 Stationary battery technologies and systems for climate-neutral industry and built environment
    • TRI 5 - Integrated Regional Energy Systems
      • CM2026-08 Integrated regional energy systems
    • TRI 7 - Integration in the Built Environment
      • CM2026-10 Clean energy integration in the built environment


    Basic Information

    • Announcement of the international call: 8 June 2026
    • Deadline for submission of pre-proposals: by 8 October 2026, 14:00 CET
    • Deadline for submitting mandatory TA CR annexes: by 8 October 2026, 14:00 CET
    • Expected deadline for submission of full proposals: 11 March 2027
    • Project start: no earlier than September 2027 and no later than 15 December 2027
    • Project duration: maximum 36 months
    • Final deadline for project completion: December 2030
    • Total TA CR allocation for the international call: EUR 1,200,000
    • Maximum TA CR funding per project: EUR 250,000
    • Maximum funding intensity per project: 80%
    • Eligible applicants: Enterprise (main applicant, additional participant), Research organisation (main applicant, additional participant)
    • Additional conditions: Projects may be submitted by international project consortia consisting of at least three eligible partners from a minimum of three participating countries (of which at least three must be EU Member States or Associated Countries). The consortium may be extended by additional partners from other countries, provided they secure their own funding.
