TAČR SIGMA – Sub-goal 4: Bilateral Cooperation
On 22 April 2026, the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic announced the 16th public call under the SIGMA Programme for the Support of Applied Research and Innovation – Sub-goal 4: Bilateral Cooperation.
Basic Information
- Announcement of the public competition: 22 April 2026
- Competition period: 23 April 2026 – 24 June 2026
- Announcement of results: by 30 November 2026
- Project start date: earliest January 2027, latest February 2027
- Project duration: minimum 12 and maximum 36 months
- Estimated allocation for the public competition: CZK 290 million + up to CZK 40 million for cooperation in nuclear energy
- Maximum funding intensity per project: 75%
- Maximum TA CR funding per project: CZK 20 million
- Eligible applicants: enterprise (must be the main applicant and may also participate as an additional participant), research organizations (only as additional participants)
- Additional conditions: the project proposal and its annexes must be submitted in English
Foreign organizations
- Republic of Korea: Korea Institute for Advancement of Technology; Korea Institute of Energy Technology Evaluation and Planning (nuclear energy only)
- Federal Republic of Germany: Saxon State Ministry for Economic Affairs, Labour, Energy and Climate Action
