TAČR Transport 2030 – 4th Call for Proposals
The Technology Agency of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as “TA CR”), together with the Ministry of Transport, announces the preparation of the 4th public competition under the Programme for the Support of Applied Research and Innovation in the Field of Transport.
Programme Objective
The main objective of the programme is to develop the transport sector and all modes of transport through the outputs, results, and impacts of supported projects in a way that reflects societal needs, accelerates technological and knowledge development in the Czech Republic, supports the growth of the country’s competitiveness, and contributes to greater sustainability and the reduction of the negative environmental impacts of transport. Requirements for specific aspects of transport—such as sustainability, safety, and interoperability—are reflected in the programme’s individual specific objectives. These objectives will be achieved through the implementation of research, development, and innovation projects.

- Competition period: 14 May 2026 – 8 July 2026
- Project start date: January 2027
- Project duration: min. 12 months, max. 48 months
- Latest project completion date: December 2030
- Eligible applicants: enterprise (small, medium, or large, either as the main applicant or additional participant), research organisation (as the main applicant or additional participant), state organisational units or territorial self-governing units (as the main applicant or additional participant)
- Estimated total allocation for the competition: CZK 400 million
- Maximum funding per project: CZK 30 million
- Maximum funding intensity per project: 70%
- Additional conditions: Each project proposal must include at least one application guarantor based in the Czech Republic
