Tacr - M.era.net Call 2026
Technology Agency of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as “TA CR”) announces an international call within the M-ERA.NET programme.
Programme Objective
The joint international call M-ERA.NET 4 Call 2026 is focused on supporting projects in the field of materials research and innovation. The topics of the call are:
- Materials for energy storage and distribution systems
- Materials for energy conversion
- Innovative surfaces, coatings and interfaces
- Innovative functional materials with defined architectures
- Materials addressing environmental challenges
- Next generation materials for electronics
Basic Information
- Call announcement date: 4 March 2026
- Deadline for submission of pre-proposals: 12 May 2026, 12:00
- Expected deadline for submission of full proposals: 18 November 2026
- Project start: earliest March 2027 and latest June 2027
- Project duration: maximum 36 months
- Total allocation of the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic (TA CR) for the international call: EUR 1,500,000
- Maximum TA CR funding per project: EUR 350,000
- Maximum funding intensity per project: 80%
- Eligible applicants: research organisations, enterprises (small, medium-sized, large)
- Additional conditions: Projects may be submitted by international project consortia composed of at least three eligible partners (from the list of participating countries) from at least three participating countries, of which at least two must be EU Member States or Associated Countries. Projects must be funded by at least three different participating funding organisations. The project consortium may be complemented by additional partners from other countries, provided that they secure their own funding.
