LUAUS26 - new call of Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports
MEYS (INTER-EXCELLENCE II) announced a new call LUAUS26 ( bilateral projects Czech Republic – USA)
Deadline: July 9, 2025; Deadline FI: July 2, 2025
Basic parameters of the competition:
- Proposals are accepted in the categories of basic research, industrial research, and experimental development, focusing on all scientific disciplines
- Another project participant from the Czech Republic is admissible, up to a maximum of 1 (can be a research organisation, small/medium/large enterprise).
- Duration of the project: 3-4 years
- The implementation of the projects will contribute to the fulfillment of general objectives 2 and 4 (see more in the call for proposals).
- A total of EUR 300 million is allocated for the call. The maximum amount of support per project is not set.
- A candidate may submit more than one project proposal to the call for proposals, provided that the projects are not thematically identical. Only one proposal may be submitted to the LUAUS26 competition by a specific researcher.
- The project proposal must be written in the Czech language (except for the named parts).
- The implementation of at least one type of result is mandatory. For a list of deliverables, see the call documentation.
- Eligible costs: personnel costs, depreciation of fixed assets, other goods and services, subcontracts, travel, overheads max. 25%
