The most common form of travel is Erasmus+: you can go to Europe to study at partner universities with financial support - the dates and administration of the grant are handled by the university's Centre for International Cooperation (CIC). The Faculty of Informatics of MU has bilateral agreements with more than 50 European institutions in almost 20 different countries, so there are many to choose from!

If you are attracted by the world beyond the traditional Erasmus, MU offers other programmes. Through MU partner universities, you can usually go for one semester, and you are normally expected to fulfil your study obligations according to the rules of the programme and the host school. For the Central and South-Eastern European region, there is also the Central European University Exchange Programme CEEPUS, which supports short- and long-term study stays or summer schools, for example.

For those interested in non-European destinations, there are also the ISEP or Erasmus+ ICM programmes, which open the way to placements in the programme's partner countries, which can vary from year to year. And if you want to put your own twist on a trip abroad, there is the Freemovers option: you can arrange your stay individually on your own, outside of the existing MU exchange programmes. You just need the approval of both your home faculty and the foreign university, and be aware that conditions can vary significantly from institution to institution.
