You need to use basically two files:
a) file with job description.
b) file with machine (cluster) description

Ad a) these files are available at the Grid Workload Archive (GWA): http://gwa.ewi.tudelft.nl
Ad b) machine files were made manually by me, since they are not provided in GWA. I used publicaly available sources as are mentioned in the GWA.
The format is shown on following example of SHARCNET machines:
