PATLIB and OPATGEN, Documentation

David Antos

Here you can find the master thesis of David Antos, documenting the principles and design of PATLIB and OPATGEN, user documentation of OPATGEN, and screen versions of the source files. All the sources and pretty-printed documents are in the thesis directory and you can easily fetch them there.

> Master thesis

The thesis describes the principles and design of the library. The official printed version also contains the user guide as an appendix and is available in PostScript and PDF formats.

For reading on screen I recommend a special interactive screen PDF version. This version does not contain the user guide, the interactive version of the guide is available separately.

> User documentation

The user documentation describes OPATGEN from user's point of view. It should be self-containing for the basic usage. The documentation is available in PostScript version for printing, PDF version for printing, and PDF screen interactive version.

> Pretty-printed sources

Here you can also find the screen versions of the source files as we processed them with ConTeXt macro package. Both of them are in PDF format and they are PATLIB and OPATGEN.

> About the documents, TeX sources

All the source files are available in the thesis directory. To build the documents, follow the Makefile there.

The thesis and the documentation were created using (pdf)eTeX using ConTeXt macro package. The paper and screen version have the only source, they differ in presentation style settings only. To build the files from sources you need the ConTeXt macro package, for the thesis itself you need also Taco Hoekwater's bibliography module. On the CD you can find all the tools in a separate directory.
