| Popis výsledku v původním jazyce | Die kontinuierlich steigende gesellschaftliche und wirtschaftliche Komplexität fordert Universitäten wie Unternehmen gleichermaßen heraus und verlangt nach neuen Modellen des Denkens und Lernens. Sowohl die Begrenztheit natürlicher Ressourcen als auch die Konkurrenz der globalen Märkte macht deutlich, dass zur Sicherung einer nachhaltigen wirtschaftlichen Grundlage vor allem das Wissen und spezifische Qualifikationen von Menschen entscheidend sein werden. Universitäten als Orte der Wissensgenerierung und Wissensvermittlung können durch ihre Öffnung einen erheblichen Beitrag zur Hervorbringung innovativer Ideen in Unternehmen und in der Gesellschaft leisten. Gleichzeitig erhalten Universitäten durch den Austausch mit der Praxis neue Impulse für ihre Forschung. Wissenstransfer ist in diesem Sinne als wechselseitiger Prozess zu verstehen, von dem beide Seiten gleichermaßen profitieren. |

| Popis výsledku v anglickém jazyce | The ever increasing complexity of social and economic demands, such as universities and companies alike out calls for new models of thinking and learning. Both the limitations of natural resources and the competitiveness of global markets makes it clearthat to ensure a sustainable economic base, especially the knowledge and specific skills of people will be crucial. Universities as places of knowledge creation and knowledge can make a significant contribution through their opening to bring forth innovative ideas in business and in society. At the same time universities received by the exchange with the practical impetus for their research. Knowledge transfer is to be understood in this sense as a two way process that benefits both sides equally. |
