Information about CECC 2013 registration

The venue (former Jesuit college in Telc) has only a limited number of rooms available. In order to maximize the benefits of accommodation right at the venue, we will only assign rooms that will be fully occupied, with the only exception for invited speakers.

Please can you let your group/lab/department members who plan to take part know about this option: Once a group with the right number of people emails Jiri Kur at xkur AT fi DOT muni DOT cz - with all names and email addresses of people booking a room, Jiri will book the room for this particular group. The room will then be marked so in the list, the group members will receive the booking confirmation, code and price for their bed that is then to be added when filling the registration form in May. The assignment of rooms will be done solely on the full-capacity principle and first-come first-serve principles.

Registration fees for the CECC 2013 conference are:
Regular: 3000 CZK
Student: 2700 CZK
Accompanying person: 600 CZK
(includes welcome drink, conference dinner and visit to the Telc chateau on Thu).

Should you wish to use on-site accommodation, please arrange for this first and then register with the price and code provided to you by Jiri Kur.

Should you prefer other accommodation arrangements (see accommodation webpage for some hotel tips), then you can proceed with the registration right away. The registration fees cover coffee breaks, lunches, welcome drink, conference dinner on Wed, visit to the Telc chateau on Thu, and conference pre-proceedings.

Payment of the conference fee(s) will be done via cards, with card details not collected online and faxed in a form that you get upon providing the participant information.
