Admission Procedure
Prospective students interested in studying at the Faculty of Informatics Masaryk University find here basic information about study programmes and fields of study opened in the academic year 2013/2014, information about the way and deadlines of submission of the application for study, the form and terms of entrance examinations and also information about the Doors Open Day.

Bachelor study programmmes
The Bachelor's Degree Programme is the first level of high education in Informatics. It is open to students who had completed upper secondary education (secondary schools and grammar schools) with final school leaving examination. Applicants must have a good command of Czech language. Standard length of study is 3 years.
Master study programmes
The Master's Degree Programme (following Bachelor´s) is the second level of high education in Informatics. It is open to students holding a Bachelor's or equivalent degree. Applicants must have a good command of Czech language (except study fields Embedded Systems and SSME). Standard length of study is 2 years.
Doctoral Study
The doctoral study is opened for the holder of Master degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
Lifelong Learning
Admission procedure to Lifelong Learning Program at the Faculty of Informatics MU, study field MiVT Information Technology is held twice a year – for autumn and spring semester.
Entrance examination to the Lifelong Learning Program is not arranged.
