I strongly recommend Business English, Pop Phrases, A Phrase a Minute, Spot the Difference and Keep Your English Up to Date which really help you and your students keep your English up to date.

http://www.aj.cz/is another reference where lots of useful aids for teaching vocabulary can be found (i.e. various Vocabulary Topics, Phrasal Verbs, Business Vocabulary, Slang, Vocabulary lessons). All of them are very helpful (not only) in case of an emergency when a teacher has to cope with unexpected substituting for example.
